Art Classes
Please note that all my Colour Curve classes are currently on hold due to both the COVID pandemic and my teaching Art in a secondary school full time. If you would like to join my email list please fill out your details here and I will get in touch if class availability changes in the future. Thank you for your interest in Colour Curve.
Each half term we will cover a new theme where children will explore a range of materials and techniques, developing their observational and manipulative skills, experimenting and developing their ideas. Children will also be introduced to the work of different artists which will help inspire their ideas and creativity.
Techniques or approaches that will be covered include: drawing, painting, mixed media, printing, textiles, and 3D work.
Children will experience working with a range of materials such as: acrylic and watercolour paints, oil and chalk pastels, drawing and printing inks, wire, card, paper mache, modroc, graphite, wax, and charcoal.
Group sizes are kept small so that children can benefit from lots of 1 to 1 support.
All materials and equipment are provided.
Classes are weekly, for 1 hour’s duration and are booked as a half term ‘block’ of lessons. Due to the limited number of spaces available a place can only be reserved for your child upon receipt of payment.
